SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order confirmation and tracking information
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation including the product name and variant, shipping & billing address.
After that, it may take 3-5 business days for stocking and packing. When your order begins to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 5-7 business days. However, during some special occasions, the tracking can be updated later (within 7–10 business days).
If you do not receive your shipping confirmation or the tracking is not updated until the mentioned time, please email our support team at support@melirastore.com.
2. Shipping agent and shipping time
Your order will mainly be shipped by our shipping partners, including USPS, Canada Post, Uniuni, etc., and we will choose the carrier based on the address you provided to ensure the shipping time.
Kindly bear in mind the shipping time listed below is just an estimate, the delivery can also be completed earlier than expected.
United States: 12-20 business days
Rest of the World: 12-30 business days
The shipping time may be delayed for the following reasons:
– Customization of products;
– Holidays;
– Natural disasters;
– Delivery area;
– Pandemic;
– Customs.
3. Order revision
You can only change the order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours of purchasing time
If you want to make a change, simply e-mail us, and we will support you to correct the information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly enter the address with your house/apartment number, PO box, the name of the road, city, state, zip code, etc.
If you usually receive packages at both physical address and PO box, or if you are not sure about the carrier, we recommend that you provide both physical address and PO box information when placing the order.
We are unable to help you change your shipping address if your order is being processed or shipped already. The only thing we can do is provide you with the carrier’s contact information and the tracking number so that you can change the shipping address by yourself.
4. Shipping restriction
The most important factor that affects the shipping process is the shipping address.
Please make sure that your shipping address is sufficient and valid or, at least, findable in Google Maps.
To reduce the shipping cost, we use the one-way shipping service so if the package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking update shows “delivered to the original sender,” it does not mean the package was returned to our warehouse address but to our shipping agency storage.
Therefore, please be informed that we are unable to refund the order if:
– The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.
– You refuse the package.
– The package failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.
– You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or shows the “delivered” status.
