RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

When you place an order in our store, you are confirmed to have read, understood and agreed with all of our policies.

Returns are available if initiated within five (5) days from the date showing the delivered status successfully on the carrier’s system. You must email our customer service within 5 days to request the return/refund. Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.

1. Return conditions

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal conditions.

Returns of your purchase are only allowed when the delivered item(s) fall within the following criteria:
– Item damaged/defective (in the shipping process)
– The item is the wrong size/color compared to the order
– The item is not the right style (for example, a long-sleeved shirt instead of a shirt) from the order.

2. Return refusal

Although we always strive to provide the best value to our customers, we are unable to accept returns/refunds under the following circumstances:
– We delivered you the correct item, with the correct size and variant.
– You refuse to follow our return instructions and do not supply us with the necessary information.
– The item is a free gift included.

Note: Please be informed that the return shipping fee is at the customer’s expense. You must contact us if you want to return the item(s). Returning without prior confirmation and authorization will not be accepted. The address printed on the shipping label is just the address of our partnership with USPS’s office.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Please check with your bank if you do not receive the refund after our confirmation email (normally it takes 5–7 days depending on which bank your account is linked to).
If you try all the ways to check your account and still do not receive the refund, please contact us via support@melirastore.com.

4. Cancellation

We only accept the cancellation request sent to us within 6 hours of purchasing time.
Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation, so we can only give you a refund of 90% of the order’s value.
After 6 hours, your order will be automatically archived and sent to the warehouse for the process of stocking, packaging, and shipment. No one can cancel your order once it has been processed already.
